I am not sure what to make of this

At work today we had our choice of Dove chocolate candies for dessert at the end of lunch. The inside of the wrappers had little inspirational messages. People went around the table sharing what message was hidden on their wrappers.

I saved mine for last.

I was the sole male at the table, and everyone else had a gender-neutral message.

Maybe this is anecdotal evidence that fortune cookies are not accurate. But anecdotal evidence is not to be trusted.
